The button Zoom Out reduces the scale of the map. It offers a zoom out function.
After clicking the button the mouse pointer becomes the shape of a loup. By clicking with it on the map, the scale of it is reduced to its half (e.g. of 1:10'000 to 1:20'000). At the same time it centres the map on the clicked position.
