Structure of INI File: wo soll das hin? Verlinkung?

tmcStudio will store data in two INI files:

  • Application INI: contains data from the application and is always located in the same directory as the EXE is installed.
  • Database INI: is always stored together with and has the same name as the database. It contains all configurations and settings that you will input in tmcStudio via Tools menu → Options. It is advised to not manually change this file.


Application INI File

The application INI file is supplied together with the software. Usually, there is one INI file per country licensed.

The structure of this INI file looks like this: 

[GeoLogix]
ProjectName=TMC Country Y

If you have more than one country, this is the name shown in the database selection list when starting tmcStudio. 


UserProjectRegistryPath=Country Y

Your personal setting will be stored in the registry using this name. 


ErrorSendMode=2

In case of a software crash you can send us error messages.
