This can be solved by right clicking on the name of one of the points that should be positioned at the beginning of the road and then clicking on 'Reorder Points On Road'.

Toolbar Edit

A point may be used in more than one street.

When selecting the points for a new street, use this button to copy an existing point into that new street.

To do so, click the button . This will turn the cursor into a crosshair.

Now click on the point you want to copy. If more than one road is already linked to that point, a dropdown menu will appear. Usually it will not matter which of these roads is chosen, since they all are connected to the same point.
