The 'Routing' button is a central piece when using the Link Editor.
It can be used to complete Network-Link roads. A Network Link has been placed at both the beginning and the end of a TMC-Link, clicking the 'Routing' button will:
- Fill in the remaining Network Links
- Correct the direction of the various Network Links
- Correct the sequence of the various Network Links
The button's function is however not flawless.
Especially when several same-level roads intersect or when roundabouts are involved, the program might not choose the correct path.
Hence it is recomended to quickly check the map for flaws after the button has been used.
