Placement of Toolbars

The toolbars are fixed at a certain position in the TMC.

If needed, most of the toolbars can be freely placed as well. For this, the appropriate toolbar is clicked at its left end and dropped at the wanted place.

In the same way, the freely placed toolbar can be reblaced to its fixed position.
