Zoom to selection

The button Zoom to selection centres the map on the currently selected element (Area, Linear & Points) and adjusts the size of it in ways that it's showed in the full expansion. The scale of the map is automatically adjusted to the optimal size.

This function is suitbale for showing objects, which have been selected in the the Tree-View.
